Highly recommend Move Right EP. I had Kate as my PT, and she’s been amazing—super professional, supportive, and really knows how to guide you, whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your training. She makes you feel comfortable while still pushing you to do your best. You won’t be disappointed.

Before starting at Move Right EP I had never stepped foot in a gym, hadn't been overly active in 20 odd years and lived with chronic pain due to Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been with Daniel and his team for only a couple of months now, I do 2 x 1hr sessions a week and I've already seen a dramatic change in my body strength and pain. I had no real goals when I started other than to move and help strengthen my muscles and bones, but now I'm seeing actual fitness results I'm becoming kind of obsessed. I was also extremely anxious about starting, but Daniel listened to my manic meltdowns and talked me off the ledge of quitting before I started and I'm forever grateful he did. The support of the team at Move Right EP is phenomenal. I do one session with Riley and one with Kate and I feel like I have my own personal cheer squad.

Daniel and his team at Move Right EP took me from using crutches to walking freely within 12 weeks. There programs are designed specifically to help people "move right" again. Since I started my exercise regime at Move Right EP I have been impressed by their attention to detail and explaining what each exercise is meant to do. They are a really happy bunch and ready to keep the workouts light hearted yet focused. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personalised wellness programme. Exercise and fitness can be a bore but they do make it interesting and informative whilst making sure you are doing the exercise correctly. A great team!

I trained with Dan and Sarah before Covid. I started back training with them again in their own facility around 12mths ago.Coming to them with some extra weight, loss of strength, lower back and hip pain making walking for my job I love not fun . After starting PT just once a week and training at least one day by myself I’m now able to walk long shifts pain free and getting back to pre covid weight and strength. They helped me rehab my broke arm in March, now back to full strength. Their knowledge on anything fitness, rehabilitation of injury and the right way to move is amazing.
