I trained with Dan and Sarah before Covid. I started back training with them again in their own facility around 12mths ago.Coming to them with some extra weight, loss of strength, lower back and hip pain making walking for my job I love not fun . After starting PT just once a week and training at least one day by myself I’m now able to walk long shifts pain free and getting back to pre covid weight and strength. They helped me rehab my broke arm in March, now back to full strength. Their knowledge on anything fitness, rehabilitation of injury and the right way to move is amazing.

I have been facing back problems for 17 years and seen multiple Chiropractors and Osteopath, but they all just fixed the problem temporarily by just reducing my pain everytime I saw them and gave me few stretches. I never had full relief or confidence that my back will ever feel normal again. But then I looked up Exercise Physiology and found Move Right, read some reviews about Daniel and signed up for a plan. We are working on strengthening my back and lower body muscles (better than just stretches). Daniel is an absolute star, he is very good at what he does, his knowledge and diagnosis demonstrates his expertise in this proffesion. I am 7 weeks in the program and my back is already showing improvement, it has held some activities that it never did in past.
